External testing terms

These draft terms describe a limited, no-fee test of Shoreline Talent Exchange. They are not final terms for a general public launch.

Permitted use

Use the service only for genuine recruiting, job-search, evaluation, and feedback activities. Do not scrape data, probe accounts, bypass access controls, impersonate another person or company, post deceptive jobs, or upload unlawful or malicious material.

Candidate and employer responsibilities

Provide accurate information you are authorized to share. Employers must protect candidate information, use it only for the selected hiring process, and comply with applicable employment and privacy obligations. Human beings remain responsible for hiring decisions.

Testing availability

Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable during testing. No payment information is required. Report security, privacy, or content concerns through the support channel; access may be suspended to protect people or the service.

These testing terms require legal review and organizational approval before general public launch.
